Due to the number of drop offs coming into the shop, we now require an appointment to ensure we have the time to provide the level of customer service that you deserve. Please see our FAQ page to learn more about what type of items we select for resell.
Once your appointment request is received, our buyer will email you back to confirm an appointment time. Please note, this may take up to 48 hours.

Appointment times are available between 11:30am and 6:30 pm Tuesday - Saturday. We cannot always accommodate same day appointments. If you are unable to make an appointment that works with your schedule, you may request to drop off your items for review.
Picking Up Your Items
Following completed processing, items that are not selected for resale must be claimed before store closing the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your items are ready. We regret that we cannot store dropped off items for longer periods of time, however, this is due to the volume of clothing that we receive and minimal storage space.
If you choose to forgo pick up of Items not selected for resale, we can donate to Lifelong Thrift or Goodwill as a service to our customers. Items that are not picked up by the customer within the required time frame, will automatically be donated. It is your responsibility to keep an eye out for our notifications.
Your selected payout preference is only available on the day that items are brought in, credit cannot be converted to a cash/check payout at a later date.
